Creator Molly Chester began Organic Spark back in 2008 as a centralized spot to share recipes with friends, family and other Private Chefs. This modest start developed into a recently released Mother-Daughter cookbook and a 210-acre Organic and Biodynamic farming operation that is frequently featured on Oprah Winfrey’s Emmy-Award Winning program Super Soul Sunday.

Organic Spark is based in the principles of Traditional Foods, which are the real, whole, unprocessed ingredients of our ancestors’ kitchens. These healing principles are universal and can enhance any individual diet or ethnic cuisine.
