Hello! Welcome to Molly World. After a couple close chef friends started their own blogs, I caught the bug to create a virtual world of my own. So, here we are… I thought I would start with a picture from back in November 2005. I was all signed up and heading to culinary school in New York City, and I had my good friend Thea over for a “pre-training” home-cooked meal. To be generous, I bombed. So, we took a picture and decided to label it “before.” Enjoy the picture, and I really hope you enjoy my blog.
